CLIPSMITH

Deleting Your Data

Last updated 23 September 2026

This page explains how to delete data Clipsmith holds about you, including anything obtained from a social account you connected. There are three routes, and you do not need to contact us to use the first two.

1. Disconnect one social account

Removes Clipsmith's access to that account and nothing else. Use this when you want to stop Clipsmith publishing to one platform but keep using it for the others.

  1. Sign in to Clipsmith.
  2. Open Channels in the sidebar.
  3. Press Disconnect beside the account.

The stored access token is deleted immediately and permanently at that point. It is not archived, flagged or retained in any form, and Clipsmith can no longer read from or publish to that account.

You can also revoke Clipsmith's access from the platform's own settings. For Facebook and Instagram that is Settings › Business Integrations on Facebook.

2. Delete your whole Clipsmith account

Removes everything. Email admin@coachescorner.io from the address on your account with the subject Delete my Clipsmith account. We action it within 30 days and confirm by reply when it is done.

What is removed:

DataWhat happens
Access tokens for every connected social accountDeleted immediately
Your email address and login detailsDeleted
Business names, handles and brand settingsDeleted
Job metadata — titles, captions, scheduled times, render settingsDeleted
Your plan, render count and paired computersDeleted
Anonymised, aggregate usage countsMay be retained; they identify no one

3. Ask us directly

To ask what we hold, correct it, or delete part of it, write to admin@coachescorner.io. We respond within 30 days.

What was never stored in the first place

Posts already published to a social platform live on that platform, not with us. Deleting your Clipsmith data does not remove them; delete those in the platform's own app.
